What is the return policy?

At Nexora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

How do i track my order?

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a tracking number via email.

When will I get my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.

Most orders are delivered within 1–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Where are your products manufactured?

Nexora products are manufactured and tested through our laboratory partners located in the United States, operating under strict quality-control standards and testing protocols.

Every batch undergoes purity verification and laboratory analysis to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability. We are committed to transparency, which is why supporting purity documentation is included with our products where applicable.

Our full panel of third-party lab reports is currently being finalized and will be published here shortly. In the meantime, all products are already manufactured to strict quality standards, and we are open to supplying verified batches upon request.
